 Proify prepares a master critical path. Our detailed schedule integrates all relevant aspects of the project including:

- The sequence and timing of the project’s regular decisions,

- Drawings,

- Tender calls,

- Bid evaluations,

- Contract awards, and

- On-site construction activities

The construction schedule and its critical path are constantly and thoroughly reviewed throughout the duration of the project. This allows us to swiftly identify any long lead-times and potential delays; which we offer solutions to, coordinate with trades retained for the project and incorporate anticipated deliverables.

During the planning and drawing phases our budgets are updated to reflect the project’s actual cost. We also follow through with our own due diligence of the site so that all the project’s related parties have a full understanding of its condition and potential impact of the work to come. Site conditions are relayed to all effected parties ensuring communication has not missed related trades reducing potential impacts to our builds.

Our sub-contractors we request to tender are entirely reliable and more than capable of providing quality workmanship and professionalism. In order to keep pricing competitive, we oversee the tendering of each individual sub-trade package to multiple subcontractors. Once their submissions are received, we review and assess each one and make recommendations to the client before we award and contract.

A sub-trade list as well as the Proify staff are identified at the beginning of the project. Providing all project participants reliable access to our team. This access aids in handling paperwork efficiently, avoiding disruptions to the project.

All change orders and contemplated change orders; typically issued by the designer or engineer, will be received by Proify and distributed to the appropriate sub-trades for their review and pricing. Their quotes are reviewed for accuracy and cost before the orders are provided to the client for approval. A cost summary is also created and maintain throughout the project, which ensures that approvals are received quickly. We put emphasis on the importance of performing this process swiftly to put us in a position to avoid any negative impact on the construction schedule. Through this we are also able to update the client with construction costs regularly. 

Our contract documents are provided as soon as the project is awarded. We ensure all applicable legal requirements are met. Including insurance policies, WSIB and notice of project.

Proify carefully inspects all samples and shop drawings prior to submitting them to our clients for approval. In doing this we seek to improve quality and compliance with the projects specified requirements. We go a step further and follow up regularly with all the trades in order to provide timely delivery of these drawings and samples to keep the schedule moving. 

Proify provides “as-built” drawings, disks, maintenance manuals, operating instructions, inspection certificate, guarantees, etc. during the closing phase of the project.

Once any project deficiencies are identified, Proify monitors each one to ensure that subcontractors rectify issues within a timely manner. All work is warranted for a period of one year from the date of completion. Proify administers the warranty on the behalf of the client, guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction with the completed project.
