Our clients were placed into a horrible situation by a negligent General Contractor. Whom of which, very much lacked in communication, planning and transparency. Prior to our involvement, this home had a 5-month period where nothing happened on site. The clients still paid their bills, still had to pay for the space they were renting and to top it all off it was eventually fully demolished by the previous General Contractor… without both the client’s knowledge nor the proper authority to do so.

We took over from there.

In less than 6 months, we took this home from a tearful nightmare and transformed it back into the dream that our clients envisioned. We’re proud to say that our clients have finally moved back into their home. Equally as important, we are proud to include that we have completed their home within both the timeline and the budget we provided.

This unique fit out turned a commercial space into a well-respected multi-media studio within the entertainment industry. In addition to the build itself, our team also provided an acoustical engineer to craft an ideal space for artists, musicians and producers.

Our build features a pair of acoustic feature walls built with tuning blocks each cut individually at their own respective lengths to aid in systematically providing a premium sound. This space has become a notable location; attracting a large variety within Toronto’s up and coming artists.

This space will be expanded on during its phase II of construction at a later date.
